Yes. Any change to the sample design requires the creation of an entirely new and different mold. For this reason, we recommend making the most of the complimentary digital artwork—carefully reviewing colors, proportions, and details—before requesting a physical sample; this minimizes the likelihood of needing a second mold.
Yes. This is an alternative to a physical sample; the difference is that a sample comes at a cost, while a photo does not.
Yes. Shipping to the Spanish mainland is included in the price of your order.
