How to make pines personalizados?

Our Process

Creating your pins with us is a simple process, designed to ensure you stay in control at every stage and have no doubts about how your final order will turn out.

Boceto o Arte Digital

From Sketch to Free Digital Artwork

You share your idea, logo, or design with us, and our team prepares a digital graphic simulation at no extra cost. Before anything is manufactured, you will see exactly how the colors, relief, and details of your pin will look. We refine the design with you until you are completely satisfied.

Fabricación y calidad

Manufacturing and Quality Control

Once the digital artwork is approved, we manufacture your pin in zinc alloy, a material that guarantees resistance to daily use and the passage of time. If you'd like to see it before we launch the full production run, you can request a photo of the first pin made. You also have the option to request a physical sample

Envió incluido

Response within 24 hours, shipping included

We know that your event has a fixed date that cannot be changed. That is why we respond to your initial inquiry within 24 hours. Shipping within the Spanish mainland is included in the price. For orders destined for Ceuta, Melilla, or locations outside of Spain, delivery times and shipping costs will be specified in the quote.

Pin types and finishes

We manufacture your pins in a variety of finishes. If you’re not familiar with the technical terms, don’t worry we’ll explain them in simple language so you can choose with confidence.

pin esmalte suave | 2lost.es

Soft enamel pins

The color sits slightly recessed within the metal, resulting in a surface that has a tactile, raised texture. This is the most common and also the most affordable finish among the enamel options—perfect for schools, nightclubs, social clubs, and events with a limited budget.

Pin esmalte duro | 2lost.es

Hard enamel pins

Here, the color sits flush with the metal, resulting in a completely smooth surface and a glossier finish. This is the highest-quality option more durable for daily use and it comes at a slightly higher price because the manufacturing process involves more steps: painting, high-temperature baking, and a final polishing.

pin impresion digital gota de resina | 2lost.es

Digital-print pins with a resin

If your design features many colors, gradients, or even a photograph, this is your best option. The design is printed directly onto the metal plate and protected by a layer of clear resin, faithfully reproducing a level of detail that traditional enamel cannot achieve.

Pin acabado oro | 2lost.es

Die struck (no enamel)

No added color: the result is an all-metal pin with an elegant, understated look. Available in finishes such as antique gold, silver, or bronze. This is a highly sought-after option when the design or logo needs to take center stage, without the distraction of colors.

Frequently Asked Questions

The price of your custom pins varies based on size, finish, and quantity. As a general rule, orders of fewer than 100 units tend to have a higher cost per unit, while larger quantities result in a lower final price per piece.

Three factors influence your pin's budget:

-Quantity: the larger the order volume, the lower the cost per unit.

-Size: larger pins require more material and a somewhat more laborious manufacturing process.

-Finish: the type of glaze or print chosen also influences the final price.

Unenameled pins (with a 100% metallic finish) are typically the most budget-friendly option, as their manufacturing process is simpler. Enameled pins involve an additional step of painting and baking, which slightly increases the cost but also enhances the level of detail and color in your final design.
